What access do you need?
Only what the job needs: moderator roles in your Discord, a seat in your support inbox, and posting access where we answer players. We never ask for owner or billing access, and you can remove us at any time.
How do you keep our accounts and information safe?
Every account we use has two-factor sign-in turned on, and we only take the permissions we need. We're happy to sign your NDA, and anything you share about your game stays between us.
Do you post as us or as yourselves?
Your choice. Most studios give us a clearly labeled community team role, so players know they're talking to your team. We follow your voice and tone guide, or write one with you.
How fast do you reply?
Within 2 hours during your covered hours. During a launch our goal stays under 2 hours, though a huge traffic spike can stretch it, and we'll tell you if it does.
What languages do you cover?
English. If a big part of your community speaks another language, tell us and we'll be upfront about what we can and can't cover.
Do you handle social media?
Light posting, yes: announcements, patch notes and known-issue updates. Our focus is your community and your players, so we don't run full social media campaigns.
Do you use AI?
We use AI tools to help sort large volumes of reviews and messages so nothing gets missed. People read your community and write every reply.
What if we want to stop?
Plans are month to month with 30 days' notice. We'll hand over notes, templates and open issues so nothing is lost.
